Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using InjuryLawConnect, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Not a Law Firm
InjuryLawConnect is NOT a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, representation, or legal services.
Using this site, submitting a form, or receiving a match does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and InjuryLawConnect.
3. Description of Service
InjuryLawConnect is a referral and matching service that connects individuals who have suffered injuries with independent personal injury attorneys. We are not a law firm, we do not practice law, and we do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Any legal representation you secure is a separate agreement made solely between you and the attorney. InjuryLawConnect makes no representations, guarantees, or warranties about the quality, success rate, or qualifications of the attorneys in our network.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a case review request. You understand that providing false or misleading information may prevent us from matching you with an appropriate attorney or may cause an attorney to withdraw from your case.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. INJURYLAWCONNECT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, LEGAL STRATEGIES, OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY ANY ATTORNEY YOU ARE MATCHED WITH. IN NO EVENT SHALL INJURYLAWCONNECT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
6. Arbitration & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Please consult an attorney for the full arbitration clause applicable to your specific situation.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
