By submitting your information on InjuryLawConnect.com and checking the consent box, you provide your prior express written consent to be contacted by InjuryLawConnect LLC and the partner attorneys or medical providers to whom your inquiry is referred.

You agree that we or our partners may contact you by telephone, SMS text message, or email at the contact information you provided. This includes communications made using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or prerecorded/artificial voice messages.

Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, nor is it required to receive a case review. If you do not wish to be contacted in this manner, please do not check the consent box or submit your information.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply for any text messages sent to you from us or our partners, or from you to us or our partners.
• Message Frequency: The number of messages you receive will vary depending on your case status and communication with the matched partner.
• Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS text messages at any time. To stop receiving texts, reply "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at injurylawconnect@gmail.com.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to Your Phone Number

If you change or deactivate your phone number, you agree to notify us at injurylawconnect@gmail.com so that we do not inadvertently contact a third party who may acquire your previous number.
